Experience this lovingly restored, peaceful farmhouse in Pembrokeshire. Rogeston House features a spacious dining room, billiard room, and a cosy sitting room with a library and log burner. Explore the large grounds or relax in the enclosed gravel dining area. Salt & City Stays proudly presents this property, ideal for families, groups, and reunions, with an option to book the adjoining 1-bed loft. Enjoy the stunning beaches, breathtaking coastal walks, and rich local charm nearby. Coming through the front door, you step directly into the spacious dining room with an impressive inglenook fireplace, the heart of the home. From here, a door leads into the galley kitchen, complete with a range cooker and patio doors to the outside. Another door from the dining room takes you to the utility room, boot room, and downstairs WC, providing practical spaces for guests. There is also one of two of the properties stairwells located off this room. The dining room also connects to the billiard room, a fabulous space for entertainment. From the billiard room, you can access a secondary stairwell and the cosy living room, which features a log burner and a library, perfect for relaxing evenings. Upstairs, from the living room/billiard room hallway, you'll find the main bathroom and Bedrooms 1 and 2. going through Bedroom 3 takes you out on to the main landing, which also includes a desk space and connects to the upstairs shower room and Bedroom 4. A staircase from this landing loops back to the dining room, creating a charming, traditional flow throughout the home. Outside, the main dining area is located in a gravel-enclosed space near the front door, furnished with a table, chairs, hammock, outdoor sofa, fire pit, and BBQ, making it ideal for gatherings and relaxation. Access to the property is via a well-maintained driveway, shared with neighbours, leading to a gated parking area exclusively for the house. There is also a separate, gated rear entrance if needed. Guests will have full access to the main house and the surrounding grounds, which are rustic and wild in nature. While there is a lawn area and woodland to explore, the grounds are not fully livestock-secure but are suitable for well-behaved dogs and are gated to the road for added safety. The adjoining 1 bed loft can be booked either with or without the main house. If not included in your booking, the loft shares access and parking with the main property, ensuring convenience for all guests.
